These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Crystal A. Gomez (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging with our services, registering for programs, or attending events, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide technology consulting, digital literacy training, educational programs, and events designed to support entrepreneurs and small businesses. Services may be delivered in person or virtually.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and participate in our services, unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Registration & Accounts

  • To access certain services, you may be required to register and provide accurate, current information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details, if provided, and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Fees for programs, consulting, or events must be paid in full as stated in your invoice or registration form.

  • Payment confirms your participation and secures your spot.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules may change. Our policy is as follows:

a. Consulting & Training Sessions

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations: If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited and non-refundable.

b. Programs & Courses

  • Withdrawals Before Start Date: If you withdraw 7 or more days before a program begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative or processing fees).

  • Withdrawals After Start Date: Once a program has begun, no refunds will be issued. In some cases, credit toward future programs may be considered at our discretion.

c. Events & Workshops

  • Tickets/Registrations: Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

  • Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant with written notice at least 48 hours prior to the event.

d. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service, program, or event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered either a rescheduled date, service credit, or refund.

6. Use of Materials

All materials, resources, and digital tools provided are for your personal or business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without prior written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

By participating in our services, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and other participants.

  • Not use our platforms or events for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.

  • Maintain professionalism during sessions, whether in person or online.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these expectations, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources created by Crystal A. Gomez remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

10. Privacy
